Description
Only you can stop start forest fires.
So, Bang For Your Buck's anniversary is coming up. How time flies. This time though, Nike's game is getting a whole makeover and a new name to boot. New art, new faces, new quests... The big catch is that it's now a sequel to Auburn Sunset, following Nike's adventures after the events of the visual novel. Can't say much else with spoiling, so for now have this picture of Nike burning down a forest.
For actual artist comments...
I liked how the base shading turned out and I liked how the background turned out... but putting them together, ehhh. I usually have a hard time with adjusting the levels for these dynamic portraits, and that's where most of the hassle is.
I really like his bicep though. I think that's the most photorealistic bicep I've ever shaded. Bless.
Oh, and the pose. I was torn between something with a lot of movement and something more beast-like to match with Nike's 'wild' personality. In the end I settled for more beast-like, and styled the pose to be... woflish. Nike's cloth sash even makes a little tail. Too bad it'll probably catch on fire...

Nike Belongs to me.
