Something a little different from my usual. Once again, new characters, but I probably won't do anything with them.

The premise of their story is that Celeste has been engaged to the prince of the neighbouring kingdom since she was young. She doesn't remember his face, as they've only met once... and after many years, she completely forgets about the engagement. Instead, when she comes of age, she reveals her true colours: a dirty-minded deviant who enjoys ogling all of the sexy people around her. To keep her from straying, the King reveals a recent portrait of her fiance, now also fully grown, and handsome as can be. The Bishop also declares that she must keep her purity, or the marriage will be deemed illegitimate. Reluctantly, Celeste agrees to keep her chastity for another year and wait until her wedding, but it sure won't be easy.

Acting as her retainer is the royal knight, Sir Rhine Stoker. He is well loved by the citizens and respected by his peers, but only has eyes for the princess. The truth behind his infatuation lies in an incident that happened when they were younger: Rhine once tripped and fell on Celeste, accidentally groping her in the process. The startled princess ended up kneeing him in the crotch, and running away in tears. Shortly after, Rhine was given 10 lashes as punishment, and forced to grovel for forgiveness in front of her. Years later, once he built up his reputation and everyone (but Celeste) forgot about the incident, he reveals his own true nature: he's a complete masochist and wants Celeste to be his mistress, much to her chagrin. 

More characters are involved, including Prince Logan, Celeste's fiance who is oblivious of her deviant side. He begins exchanging letters with her throughout the story, and is completely enamored by his supposedly pure and cute bride-to-be.

TL;DR Celeste is a horny voyeur, Rhine is a shameless masochist, and everyone in the palace has to keep them in check for a year

If I were to turn this into a thing, it'd probably be a romantic comedy webcomic, with generous amounts of fanservice. (Too bad it'll never happen)
